Our Registration opens- 1st of August, Each Year.

You can use the active kids voucher if eligible along with, debit/credit card payment.

The system will not accept American Express. 

print your receipt and bring it during times below only

to receive your registration number patches etc.

You must print your receipt for us because our Centre

does not receive any other proof that you have actually paid.

Rego Confirmation Days 

All dates have now passed. Number patches must be picked up between 5:30pm & 6pm before comp night starts.

Uniforms can be purchased from the canteen.

We will have safety pins available to attach numbers.

Season Start

“The 1st night of competition 18th October 2024 at 6pm.”

“The last night of competition 14th March 2025 at 6pm. ”

All new registrations must show Proof of Age

 ie birth certificate, blue book, passport etc

Trials

New registrations, i.e. have never been registered with any little athletics centre,

are welcome to a 2 week trial on the first 2 nights of the season.

You need to come along and put your details on our trial sheet, at one of the official registration confirmation days and "Proof of Age” shown, which enables them to compete on the first 2 nights of our season as a trial.

After the 2 week trial the registration fee needs to be paid if they wish to continue,

Athletes cannot compete until fees have been paid due to insurance issues.

Cost breakdown

$90 from every registered athlete goes directly to LANSW for insurance etc. 

And $2 to the Hunter Zone.

RevSport platform fees aprox $5 per registration.

The leftover amount of our fees are used to assist our Centre with ongoing costs such as trophies, line marking fluid, equipment purchases, ground maintenance, administrative expenses etc.

 

30% attendance is still required to qualify for any participation awards on Presentation Day.

Attendance will be verified from track/field result sheets.
